1. Milestone-Based Billing & Execution

Engineering deliverables operate under deterministic milestone contracts defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Standard installment schedules require an initiation deposit upon kickoff, sprint verification installments, and final production sign-off settlement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights Transfer

Upon 100% full settlement of all corresponding invoice milestones, 100% of custom developed source code, design systems, database schemas, and documentation are assigned exclusively to the client.

3. Post-Deployment SLA & Warranty

RBAP TECH provides a complimentary 30-day technical warranty for all bespoke software platforms, covering defect resolution and performance monitoring as defined in the master contract.
